Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject and the message. Nothing else is collected. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party embeds.
To read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, and the steps preceding a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your address for marketing unless you ask us to.
This site sets no cookies and runs no profiling scripts. Your browser may store the playback position of the videos on this page locally; that information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
The message is delivered by email to rbbtt.srl and read by our team. On its way it is handled by Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC), the service that turns the form submission into an email, and by Google (Gmail), which hosts our mailbox. Both act as processors on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Our hosting provider serves the site itself. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Because Web3Forms and our mailbox are hosted in the United States, your message may be stored on servers outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to both providers are additionally covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. If a project starts, the correspondence is kept for the duration of the contract and the periods required by Italian law.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to ciao@rbbtt.com and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
